About this template
This Annual Risk Assessment Template has been designed as a questionnaire to be provided to Directors and Risk Owners for their completion each year. The results of these risk assessments are consolidated and used to update the Risk Register tool and provide an overview of the businesses key risk areas. 
 
Things to be careful about
This is a generic template and has been designed to suit businesses which do not currently have a strong understanding of risk. Businesses who have a good risk culture could update this template further and be more specific with the questions; thus allowing more information to be captured by the central risk team.
