About this template
This Annual Risk Assessment Template has been designed to align with the risk register template. The results of these risk assessments are consolidated and used to update the Risk Register tool and provide an overview of the businesses key risk areas. 
 
Things to be careful about
This is a generic template uses the same template as the risk register tool, however care should be taken to ensure that new risks are added and redundant risks as removed. This template can be easily rolled forward each year, however it must be updated accordingly.
