About this template
This template is shas been designed to capture risks and associated risk ratings from across the business. The template acts as a database, with all risks, inherent risk ratings, residal risk ratings and fianl risk scores being captured. The formulated database allows users to ensure consistency is applied to all risks when providing a risk score. The database also allows for users to add extra columns as needed to suit the business. 
 
The information from the database is all summarised into a dashboard, which can allow for simple and easy to read graphs which can be used in any Audit Committee reporting. 
 
Things to be careful about
This is a generic template. Some initial risk categories have been included in this document as a guide only and to demonstrate how the formulas and tool works. This template should be updated to suit your business and your current risk approach.
