Timesheets and Time Reporting
About this template
This template set include both timesheets and time reporting. The timesheets will collect information from each of the individual team memebers which can then be easily consolidated into the time reporting template. Once all the data is consolidated, it will then be used to generate a range of dashboards and provide insights into current time spend.
Please note: This template comes with a set of instructions which detail how to consolidate and prepare the reporting. The instructions are included in this purchase.

This template provides a solution to time management for audit teams which do not have the budget or software available to effectively manage time performance.
When to use this template
This template can be used whenever time reporting i needed. For effective management, this template and associated reporting should be used on a weekly basis and reflected in any weekly team updates or budget monitoring.
Things to be careful about
The success of this template is dependant on the quality of the data and the timesheets. Where the structure of the excel workbooks are changed, this may impact the quality of the reporting available.
