Can you help us to build a risk library? We are attempting to compile a range of risks applicable to various industries into a central database / library. This library can then be used as a completeness check against your company's own risk registers or in the planning phase of any review.

Comment in this forum post what industry you work in, risks applicable to your industry and the type of risk category (i.e. strategic, compliance, regulatory, financial, etc).
What happens with this information?
